As I have gotten older I have realized how important it is to take care of yourself. Whether it be going to work or going to school with endless amounts of homework, you are bound to get stressed out at some point. For me, getting at least an hour a day to myself to relax and unwind is really important. Not only does it help me keep my sanity but it is overall good for your body. Self-care can be anything that just helps your mind relax and helps you release the stress from the day. I personally have a few things I do that help me relax after a long stressful day. The first thing I do to relax and promote my self-care is taking a bubble bath. Not only are warm baths relaxing but they are also fun and who doesn’t like bath bombs?! The second thing I do to relax is doing a face mask, you can choose to do this in or out of the tub. If the face mask and bubble bath still have not made me completely relaxed then I have one more step I like to do on special occasions, spa waters. Not only are spa waters delicious and fun to make but they help me drink more water which always make me feel better. Here are a few pictures of fun simple spa waters you can do at home!
